Job on Owner Operator NOC 00

Dear All;
I am new in the forum and expecting good and legitimate responses from you guys under your experience and knowledge. I have 15 + years of IT Job Experience and Freelancing experiences, now I am applying for Owner-Operator work permit under the international mobility program which is NOC 00.

My Question are as follows.

1) Can I get the IT job under NOC C00
2) Can my employer pay me wages to my company as I will be having NOC 00
3) Can I able to get Province Nomination (PNP) under the Owner Operator

Please answer as per your best knowledge and experience

Can you clarify your questions?

Generally speaking, if you are applying under owner-operator, you plan to run a business yourself in Canada. This means that you will not have an employer in Canada.

If the work permit is approved, then you can only work for your business in Canada. It's a closed work permit tied to your business. You cannot work for an employer.

If you are applying in this stream then you are the employer and will get an LMIA which should be closed. So no you can’t work for another company as that is not the point of this stream. You need to check PNPs but most have their own entrepreneur streams.

What does changing NOC have to do with this? Do you understand what a LMIA owner-operator is?

Sorry I know my questions are Seely but Actually , i want to know if business doesn't work, what are the possibility for PR other than the Owner Operator.

So you are buying a business and want to know what happens if it fails/goes bankrupt? Depends on your profile and CRS points. What are your points now?

Without the LMIA, are you even eligible for EE (min. 67 points)? You need to purchase the business (whole or majority), get the work permit and work for the business. You don't get points automatically for EE so you want it to succeed to get the extra points. If you are NOC 0, then you may be eligible for 200 points but you need to check what the requirements are.

Yes thats a good question. What happens if it goes bankrupt? And also: is there a certain requirement for the company to reach a certain margin of profit?
