Anyone here from 2017 / 2018 Still waiting for Hearing

I am from August 2019. Was scheduled for June 2020, postponed. Then no new date
I arrived in mid-November 2019, I had a pre-hearing conference back on October 6th and I don't have a hearing scheduled yet.
Also, which office is your IRB case at? I'm just asking so I can get an idea if you're in the same queue I'm in.

One of my friend had 2 year since 2017 and 3 his case judje died but still waiting decisions.
he called many time and sent mail from lawyers but no feedback till now.

Best of luck for a sooner hearing date but still people from 2016-17 are waiting for hearings.
Hmm, good to know the hearings are resumed. Maybe our endless waiting has an end after all.
I arrived in the last days of 2016, but only applied in January 2018 so that's when the clock starts for me. I'm actually waiting for an admissibility procedure for suspected criminal inadmissibility, but nearly 3 years seemingly weren't enough for CBSA to prepare a disclosure.
I can confirm: I know a guy in BC who has been here since 2015, and getting his hearing just now. Apparently they're slowly catching up to the backlog.
