it doesn’t say certified copies. just photocopy.

I got invitation to sponsor parent in 2021. Our immigration adviser states that no Curriculum Vitae/Resume needed as my mother is retired and no Travel history (IMM 5562) needed as she is from Ukraine (states some countries are exempt). But I am so confused as at checklist (IMM 5771) it states "must provide/complete". Please help if someone has an answer.
