You can certainly get married.

However you cannot apply for a dependent work permit and withdraw your refugee claim. If you withdraw your refugee claim, this will put you in removal proceedings.

You need to continue with your refugee claim.

What if my refugee claim gets rejected?

You'll need to appeal the refusal if you want to stay in Canada.

Being married to someone who is an international student doesn't help you in that case.

Will the girls status effect by marrying a refugee claimant? Will she get het work permit and PR?

Her status will not be affected.

Similar happened to me.

my spouse was a student and than pgwp.No consequences for a spouse. If the refugee claim is accepted both can apply for a PR as refugees. in some cases it’s more convenient to apply as refugees. For example, if a spouse has high chances to be inadmissible to canada or be rejected under Federal stream bcs he/she cannot prove employment history. refugee can be determined inadmissible to canada only based on criminality, serious crime and security). But waiting time is long.

And after marriage spouse can travel to a home country and return even if he/she applied for a PR under protected persons class as a dependent (in my case both of us were from the same country)

Can you explained me that please? Your spouse got refugee status, right? Then, you were included in his/her PR application, right? When you got the PR, the spouse is free to visit her/his home country because she/he was not the main applicant for refugee ?

We need to be sincere and tell the true situation here to get proper and adequate responses/ advise. If we odd facts and manage the narratives, it might hinder the responses and advise. Just my opinion.
