I got accepted into Algonquin College in Ottawa, a reason I chose there because my brother currently studies there and also my uncle and his family(Canadian citizens) live there. so I wanted to know :
1-i have to write about my brother living there, so I explained in my SOP that I chose Ottawa so my living expenses would decrease. will this have a positive or a negative point?
2-if the above is negative, then is it the same for my uncle?
3-can I get a letter of support from my uncle or brother, in which they explain that they are aware of my purpose and are happy to let me live with either of them?
4-continue to 3, is the name of this letter " letter of support " or something else ? and can anyone here give me some blueprint how to write it?

If you have extensive immediate family in Canada then a lot of home ties should be presented and preference should be a different City than the one destined by their family ( same as my case where I got approved despite having well established family in Toronto having their own house , I choose Winnipeg to avoid refusal to offset the ties ).

thanks, I have other relatives in other parts of Canada but in Ottawa 2 uncles and my brother currently live there. do you think it causes negative points? can I omit writing about my Uncles in my SOP? there are maternal uncles so no similar last name.

I did the same, avoid highlighting regarding family ties in the LOE.

thanks, my brother currently studies there so I have to inform them in one of the forms that he is there, do you think I should write about him in my SOP ? that a reason I chose Ottawa was to reduce costs ? if yes, do I need to get a letter from him to show he knows I want to live with him and he is ok with it ?

Don't lie on the forms, should mention explicitly on the forms truthfully.

Only on the LOE its optional.

Showing more is always good, like property on your name, car, travel history etc.

Ties to your home country are the things that connect you to your hometown, homeland, or current place of residence: job, family, owning a house or apartment, financial prospects that you own or will inherit, investments, etc

thanks, can I show the properties that my dad own? also can I ask my current employer to write a letter to show they support my decision and that they will rehire me when I return and will likely increase my wages ?

Yes employer letters should help, However financial assets being on you name is a must these days, on other's name is only good for dependants.

If you are getting an undertaking letter then you should offset it with ties back home. Don't show the letter alone.
What is undertaking letter ? Is it some type of supporting letter showing my brother is ok with having me while I study there ?

It's called letter of support for expenses like accommodation.
