Status on my online application

Good day everyone, i just want to ask about the status of my online application. I lodged my application last january 5, 2021 and had my biometrics last january 8 but on my ircc account, the “submission confirmation” is still missing only “confirmation of online transmission” and request for biometrics is there. Is this normal for online application? Should i be worried? Thank you very much i hope someone can enlighten me with these situation.

No. It's a systematic fault. I know some applicants with the same problem. No worries.

Thank you for answering my query, this would be a relief for me. May i ask another question regarding medical test, would it be a good idea to take a medical test even if the ircc has not requested for my medical?

No. Don't do so until IRCC says.
