Can you kindly give me the London office address?
One thing im a bit confuse about is how do they determine that this application is for the dependents of this Particular guy who just got his PR in Canada?
Do we have to send them the eligibility letter we got all ng with the dependents application or no need for that?
You will add a copy of the request letter with your submission.

That's the address I sent my application. There was a confusion about the address. Because there is also VFS visa office at the same place. But we have to send it to Canada House. I hope I did it right..

Yes include the letter. All instructions will be in your AIP letter.

Hello Friends, is there any one with experience of VO Singapore? Please share your recent experience. I sent my dependents documents to VO Singapore and they received on 4th Jan 2021. I am yet to get dm or COPR. As per AIP I sent them all documents via UPS as was not able to send via webform. Thank you

I, principal applicant submitted my pr application under protected person and included my family members (wife and 2 kids) as dependents in October 2018. In September 2020, I got approved for my pr and a letter came as well asking me to begin the application of my family overseas in South Africa. I submitted their applications in October 2020 to Pretoria office, South Africa and got an acknowledgement receipt from them in November 2020. Since then, nothing....

Hi, how did you sent the forms to the office in pretoria? My friend submitted the forms for her dependents for the last 4 weeks and they haven't acknowledged whether they received it or not.

They're wicked set of people so to say, lol. They almost made me run mad. They did the same thing to me just like your friend.... I started bombarding them with calls and emails. The last email I sent to them, I explained how frustrated I was for them to continue claiming they've not received my family's applications which we sent twice and IRCC in Canada continue to let us understand that my family's files had been sent to Pretoria. So I told them that for the last time, I was attaching the requested documents in the email to be sent, I sent the documents via web page, asked my wife to send to Pretoria physical address and also she must send to Pretoria postal mail box. So I informed them of sending these documents to them for the third time via the aforementioned 4 channels. It was after that they came to acknowledge receiving them.....

It's really frustrating. She sent it through the webform twice and also the the postal but still no response. We tried calling them but the phone is not getting through. We sent email but they send we won't get a reply unless we enquire through the webform. It's been exhausting.
