IRCC sent the courier but POE not reflecting on GC Key

I just got a notification that the decision envelope has been dispatched today but POE and introduction letter is not reflecting on GC key. What is the issue?
please help

I received the same message. But no counterfoil update. When do we get counterfoil update?

Yes. Moreover, I received the counterfoil update now and passport has been dispatched by VFS
