GCkey show processing. GCMS shows refused.

here is my timeline
I applied on April 19,2020 with biometric.
AIP on September 28,2020
Medical request on October 14, 2020
Medical done on October 24, 2020
No updates till now...

What do I have to say if I want to contact IRCC about my recently application status??????
And I will contact them through the embassy email address not IRCC webform because now a days they don't response webforms.

My parents called a consultant in Canada today. the consultant also said that sometimes visa officers dont check applications properly. Consultant said that they have experiences where they submitted and application was refused. Then they again submitted with exact same docs and it was approved.

Yes this happens. Couple of my knowns have experienced this. A fresh application with letter of Justification (Justifying refusal reasons) will do the work. Good Luck !!

I received gcms notes today from caipsgcms.com. My GCkey acct shows that my application is still being processed but now this gcms is showing refusal. I am confused why they have not sent the refusal letter to me yet if they have already refused my application. i asked caipsgcms and they said these notes are correct. i should send webform so my acct can be updated.

In the notes section, it is written that I am not sufficiently well established. I am 18 yrs old and completed my 12th grade last year so I am not sure how I am supposed to be well established. My both parents are working. We submitted bank statements, income tax cert, employment letter, pay slips for last 6 months, house documents. I understand the SOP may need some improvement.

I was planning to start online classes at Mohawk as they allow to attend without approval until April. how can cic be so irresponsible and not update the account? Any chances that they may reverse this refusal as my acct is still showing processing.

Sorry to hear about the above application. Regarding calling IRCC, it doesn't work. I tried calling them yesterday at +1-613-944-4000. This will reach to global affairs Canada, but the automated caller says they cannot answers questions related immigration and visa, and they ask us to contact IRCC directly. This is my experience with them. Perhaps you can try it out.

Press 3-4-1-0 to reach an agent..wait time can be 30 minutes to 1 hours so charge ur mobile complete.. they will ask UCI number file number address and date of birth etc so keep those things with you on a page in front of u.. when they ask what u want to know tell them in sequence when you applied when u got any update and what u want to know..tell them ur problem ur tension stress etc ..they will provide u the details u want to know...best of luck and do post here what u asked and what they said ..best of luck

Read it carefully again I never said play store.. download with chrome or any browser in ur mobile by Google search

Sorry, I missed your point. I am able to download it and installed already. But, after I logged in and given the area code 613, it asks for textnow number. Since I do not have textnow number, the app closed again. Could you help me with it ?

Thats what I want to do but I cant even apply again if they dont send the refusal letter and close this application. I have already started gathering all the documents to apply for next intake. Have informed the college also.
