I got the link for 3rd tkt number .
Maybe my mistake
in first two I sent the details typed on mail
in third one attached word file in text.format

May be it depends on distance.How much is the total payment per package including SMS charges to be paid to VFS?
I opt sms service also n paid 1211
so the payment link will have amount to be paid including SMS charges ??May be it depends on distance.
