Hello,
Study Permit Expired on 30 Aug, 2018
PGWP applied on 27 Nov, 2018
PGWP issued on 12 Feb, 2019

I started working on 1 Dec, 2018 fulltime

Will my experience will be counted from 1 Dec, 2018( PGWP applied) or from 12 feb, 2019(PGWP issued) as my Study Permit was already expired and PGWP was applied within 90 days.

Regards,
Arminder S

Your experience will be counted from the moment you applied for PGWP AND started working - so it will be December 1

Thank you for your time
As I mentioned, I didn’t have implied status as I applied the PGWP after the Study Permit Expired ( within 90 days) yet still it will count from 1 dec???

Not sure in that case, sorry.

If you call IRCC - they will have exact answer for you, as your question isn't too technical.
