Can a Use of Representative Form be used in Docusign?

Does anyone know I can sign the Use of representative form with docusign? It does not seem to be working for me.

Probably too late for this one, but we had our spousal application returned because we used Docusign, they wanted a pen and paper :-( Resubmitting with ink signatures for everything now.

You sign the paperwork at your own home. What's wrong with using a pen during pandemic??
