No point in checking processed time in CIC profile. This is just a elapsed time calculation for estimated 6 months processing time. this is nothing to do with progress of your application. if you have completed 3 months its says 50%, 4 Months then 66% and so on..
In CIC profile, Just below processing time, they clearly say " The estimated processing time may change depending on how many applications we receive and other factors. This progress bar shows the time elapsed since we received your application. "

When does the file transferred to Local VO, like in my case it is transferred to Toronto where as lot of other applications are still pending in CO Ottawa. Mine was in Sedney and this week when I Called they mentioned it is transferred to VO, Toronto. I am anxious why it is transferred. As per status my eligibility and Security are not started. Background check & Criminality is in progress

Which number/directory did you try? I failed to reach out to an agent, every time I press 0 they hang up.
Yes call at 8 or continue to call them for 1/2 day, you may get through them.

Atleast May and June application are processing. Not sure what formula or strategy they are following.
