Yes...we received the blue book...then we received a call from IAD and they informed us that we were going to have a full hearing due to the nature of our case. E eryone gets the blue book when you appeal
ah ok sorry i just read again what you said before and I understand now..I suggest you to call the IAD because a friend of a friend got denied in the beginning of 2020 and she already did the full hearing on November 2020.Yes...we received the blue book...then we received a call from IAD and they informed us that we were going to have a full hearing due to the nature of our case. Sorry I believe there is a misunderstanding...we were notified that we won our case last week. Im just waiting for them to reopen our file
