More than 24 hours, ITA not received

Hello All,

Jan 07, 2021 had a cutoff of 461 and my CRS is 462.
I was expecting an email from them within 24 hours (excluding weekend) just to be more hopeful.

Its been 72 hours now with weekend inclusive and I haven't received email from IRCC.
Tried calling them up but no luck besides automated messages which states the same info that I see on profile.

I've dropped them an email through web forum which might take 2- 5 business days (or longer due to pandemic)

Question here is : has anybody experienced same issue? Anyone who got ITA in Jan 2021 and still waiting for ITA?
Any alternate work around that anyone has tried in the past that worked?

When did you submit your profile? Have you recently updated it?

Have you logged in to see if there is something there. Also when did you enter the pool?

Yes, I did login several time and it still shows profile as submitted.
I submitted the profile on 05 Sep 2020
