Any SA and AIP today?

Can you tell me please at what stage you get the AIP and SA? Is it after the medical and background check? Or might get it before ?

Based on the trend...it comes after medicals has been passed...only in rare cases that it comes before medical is passed(but after medical request)


Approved in principle / Approval in principle (AIP)
Your application is “approved in principle (AIP)” if:

• you have received a letter from IRCC stating that you meet the permanent residence eligibility requirements, but
• you still have to pass the medical, security and background checks for you and, if needed, your family members.

Ok so am early March applicant Quebec. i received my med request a week ago. Not yet SA or AIP.

So far only up to March 4 has received AIP and SA so hopefully they get to March 5 today.

Up to which means they have sent to most people from March 1 and up to March 4(being the last date so far) but haven’t sent to everyone from March 1 - 4. But hopefully soon for everyone.

So i just received my biometrics letter today asking me to go get it done but the date on the letter itself says November 25. I got my medical letter December 13. Weird but luckily i was able to book for tomorrow.

Yeah but many people that have been approved haven’t updated the spreadsheet yet...hence why I keep asking.
