I have sent my file on sep 24,2018 and last week on ECAS shows decision made and it has shown In process since March but cic account dont have anything on it. What should I do now ?

DM / FR (Final review): - November 3, Today - November 6, IRCC agent said, that is everything is completed, wait DM/CoPR soon. P.S When FR happend I did not see any updates in my file. He also said FR is NOT DM. // UPD - I see DM in ECAS, but nothing in IRCC account. I called to IRCC agent again - but he still did not see any DM in my file.
Ghost Update V4: - November 18. IRCC agent said, that do not saw any updates in my file.
CoPR: - November 20. I got mail with confirmation, but still nothing on GCkey: "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made"
Total waiting: 2 years 27 days.
