Hi,
Were you successful in your application by submitting the degree completion letter and transcript? Please guide. Thank you!
I changed it to "degree in progress" and my profile was found ineligible and was closed, as I stopped meeting the point requirements, thankfully that happened before the ITA.
When I got my diploma in the mail in late October I submitted a new profile, received and ITA and explained what had happened in my LOE.

Hi Mike,
Thank you for the information. As I have already received ITA, I am confused with the degree awarded date. Because I finish my degree requirements in December 2020, but the actual degree will be awarded in February 2021. So should I accept this ITA that I have received in January 2021, or reject it and wait for another draw.

Reject it and wait. That's what I would do if I was in your shoes. No point in risking getting a 5 year ban for misrepresentation. Make sure to attach a LOE explaining why you rejected your first ITA once you apply a 2nd time.

Best of luck!
