i am in same condition too, AoR 10 August 2019. I didn’t get medical request but i submitted upfront medical report in November 19, its not updated in system yet.. I suggest you to do upfront medical as i did.

As I shared here on Jan 6th I received the CoPR and Yesterday the "Golden Email".

In order to get the PR Card here in Ontario, I must take a picture with Government standards send to Etobicoke IRCC – PR Card Photos office. No new portal in my case.

Congratulation!!! by the way, what is the difference between copr and golden mail? I don't understand that because I was there ^^

One OINP applicant @nadz2016 got PR portal email and his AR was Feb/2020. So, new PR portal will be applied from latest applicant.

in my case the CoPr was a Change on my CIC Portal status and them 4 days later I received another email from CIC with a PDF attached and instructions to get my PR, this is what I called "Golden email".

Decision made Ecas 8th october
Received call from ircc on 23rd october , they asked few questions about job,work,study,last entry to canada.
After that no update.
