Finally received CoPR confirmation in CIC account on January 9,2021. It has TRXXXXX for self and dependents but no link to download the PDF.

VO is Ottawa, I received approval dated yesterday January 9, 2021 and CoPR is also dated same. However, no PDF download link yet. I am guessing it might be issued next week

CEC inland - PR application approved today. Didn't receive any emails or anything, i just checked and saw approved. I guess they're gonna upload the ECOPR into the portal soon.

Received CoPR letter from local VO office directly on registered email address after calling up IRCC Helpline yesterday afternoon. It turns out they can reach out to Visa Officer but only after your application is approved.

Thought of sharing here, it might help folks.

Got a call from No Caller ID. Agent mentioned your landing is now completed! Will receive new PR portal email within 3 days. Need to upload photo. And then it will take 3-4 weeks to get PR card. In the meantime, with COPR document I will be able to change my SIN.

I emailed the Etobicoke office to inquire on my updates last December.

I dont know today my application dashboard is completely differenet - the time lapse is gone and "your application is taking longer" is gone as well... I dont know.
