Yes, why not - since they anyway don't open your docs the moment it goes because there is a huge waiting list. So For example even if your document has received earlier and your payment is not done document will not go anywhere because anyway, IQAS runs 2 months behind almost, so think like this and your document certainly has your file number as well. Even on their website is mentioned until your document is not reached they will not move at all, so similarly for payment.

And as you mentioned that they are opening 2’nd November’s documents but as per the below thread the process is not as per their (IQAS)words. So, it is advisable to double verify with the IQAS after payment.

They are lying. My wife's doc reached IQAS by 6th of November and her status changed to "In line for processing" since Dec 7th. Mine delivered on 10th of november and until now no change to my status and it is still showing "Submitted"

I think you are right. I paid my fees on 6th Dec. My university submitted electronic documents on 7th and it moved submitted to "Received documents -> in line for processing" same day. However, I'm not sure about physical documents. Hence, it is very uncertain.

It is nice to hear that you were able to make the payment to IQAS. Unfortunately, I am struggling with the payment for more than three weeks. I have already contacted with my university to send my diploma to IQAS and they have already sent it to IQAS, however, I am not able to finalize my application. I stuck with payment "IQAS Daily Limit reached".
So, could you please help me to make the payment. I will be grateful if you do that for me.

There is no specific timeline for both those submitted electronic documents or by mail.

As per my research and previous threads, they will take approx 8-14 weeks once they received you documents (I.e from “In line for processing” stage). In some cases, they do lesser as well as long time. It is unpredictable and the only option we have is to wait.

HI, My university sent verified document to True copy. True copy converts the transcript in to encrypted transcript file. SInce true copy have tie up with WES , CES and IQAS you can decide to send the same transcript at any point of time to any number of institutes whenever (now or in future) you want. So i got my encrypted file ready with truecopy even before my IQAS payment was made (since I had sent the transcript to CES few weeks back)

. Once my IQAS payment was made I have sent the same encrypted transcript to IQAS.

THis way i didnt have to request transcript again to my university. Secondly I can decide when to send the transcript to IQAS so I had sent it on same day when my payment was made .

You need file number and some declaration which needs to be sent aswell, right? How will you get application/file number without applying

Contact your courier service and also email to IQAS after you receive a confirmation stating, please check my documents. They have been received as per my courier. They will confirm.
