Haha, anything but processing the cases. Like the time bar in your account page, when they introduce that a few years ago they said they spent lots of money and time to make that, but until now I still have no idea what's the meaning of the time bar there. I think they should make the time bars for their officers to remind them how long we have been waiting.Seems they are working on their Customer service skills specially the use of EMPATHY.
Sorry I can't get you. Did you mean if you apply PR, then your wife automatically get PR as well? That's not gonna happen. And anyone apply PR must take medical exam.Is it possible to apply to Nominee just for myself, and do medical exam only for me.
And to PR with givven Nominee with my wife, where we both will do a medical?
For example:Sorry I can't get you. Did you mean if you apply PR, then your wife automatically get PR as well? That's not gonna happen. And anyone apply PR must take medical exam.
MPNP has several different categories. Different categories has different ways to process. I can only tell you mine because I'm not super familiar with others. For example:
I received a Job Offer from Winnipeg employer > I use this Job Offer to apply to Province Nomenee , where I mention only myself > I take a medical exam only by myself > I receive close work permit and fly to Canada by myself.
PS: I didn't apply to PR in my scenario yet. Does it work as I described?
I got you, thx for the explanation. Yeah your scenario a bit different, you graduate btw, congrwats with graduation.MPNP has several different categories. Different categories has different ways to process. I can only tell you mine because I'm not super familiar with others.
I graduated here and got open work permit>Got a job using this work permit>Applied Province Nominee>Got Nominee without medical because PNP doesn't need medical exam yet.>Using the Nominee to apply PR to IRCC>Been requested medical exam from IRCC.
All I know the difference is to get the post graduate work permit is much much easier than you apply work permit in your home country.
when you apply PR, IRCC will require you to take medical again even if you've taken medical exam already for work permit. Those are different applications. And each medical exam result only valid one year. I've took medical exam 3 times, first time when apply study permit to come to canada, and the 2nd and 3rd time for PR.I got you, thx for the explanation. Probably you don't need medical , because you already there.
My situation is that I'll need to find a job offer which is more than 6 month long, and like I read it's required medical. And I'll have a close permit in my situation.
If someone have something similar appreciate for advice.
The question is, if I'll make a medical for myself. And in the future to PR (by that nominee) I want to my family joined is that PR stuff. Is it okay that on MPNP I didn't mentioned my family and they didn't pass medical for PNP.
Cool. Does it mean I'll may apply to Nominee and Work Permits without my family.when you apply PR, IRCC will require you to take medical again even if you've taken medical exam already for work permit. Those are different applications. And each medical exam result only valid one year.
You can do that but don't suggest. Because in your nominee there was only one person, and when you apply PR with your family, IRCC will see you as you changed your profile and background, you have risk to be rejected. Even if they didn't reject you, your processing time will not be guaranteed and you will experience an unreasonable long waiting time like everyone in this forum, because that was YOU changed your information, they have to work more on your PR application and they don't have any responsibility about the processing time.Cool. Does it mean I'll may apply to Nominee and Work Permits without my family.
But when (after 4 month, because Nominee active for 6 month) I'll apply to PR, I'll may attach my Nominee (where I mentioned only myself) and put all my family to the PR. And yeah will go through new medical again everyone.
Make sense to complete medical for all of my family, but they'll not fly with me on the first steps? May I have any questions after landing in airport, why I'm alone? You can do that but don't suggest. What problem? The work permit and nominee only for yourself, you should be alone. If you have your family fly here together when they don't have work permit, then you will have problem.Make sense to complete medical for all of my family, but they'll not fly with me on the first steps? And after PR will be received, they'll fly to me by they own.
Hey Sharanpreet, did you added your spouse in 2018 or you submitted your PR file for yourself in 2018? I am applicant of 2018 and got married in 2019. Just thought if we are parallel on the path of immigration..I called IRCC today. all these years Finally i get to talk to best customer service agent today. He explained me how everything is done and I should anticipate happy conclusion in early new year and he also stated delay in file is due to covid staffing and Christmas/new year holidays also i have my dependent on my file so both files need to go same step by step which takes more time. But I have provided them everything they need to process file. He was sweetheart.
