Yea that doesn't do anything. We submitted our application in August 2019. We checked "get monthly updates" since the beginning...but have never once received anything about an update.

We received a request for re-medical on Jan 08, 2021. And today we received a letter saying that they are waiting on the requested document for them to proceed with the application.

Re-medical completed on Jan 09, 2021.
