Every cec will eventually get through. This is not a tournament to compete. Government is happy to give the ITA's , so should everybody. BTW anyone is welcome to study in canada and be a cec candidate. No restrictionsThey do get results: points for their Canadian experience and Canadian diploma.
If even with these advantages they can’t compete with FSWs, than it means they need to improve their scores, just like FSWs have to.
OKCEC candidates should be grateful to covid 19 for giving them quicker PR pathways without bothering themselves to get clb 10, master or learn french.
I do realise that, but to the extent that they should have CEC only draws? I don't agree with that, just like i wouldn't agree with FSW only draws either.
