I called IRCC yesterday, they advised everything is passed except for Criminality - they are waiting response from RCMP if they like my biometrics. Agent was super professional and it was really a pleasure talking to him. He gave couple of advises:
1. If you need to change address on your application - better call them and they can change it on the call (make sure all people on the application can come to the phone and be verified).
2. Patience. If you submitted all documents - all you need to do is to wait. You have nothing to fear if you have nothing to hide.

My timeline:
AOR 19 Feb
BIL 3 Mar
Dependent BIO submission 25 Sep
My BIO submission 18 Nov
VO Ottawa
Was told the same thing by a women who attended me yesterday she went through whole file took about 10mins thought some changes might have happened as i couldnt login yesterday all day long..But no change criminality still processing and i was never asked to provide RCMP..she said nothing required from you once CRIMINALITY is passed will be going through final review.
May 14th AOR and bio submitted on Nov16th no movement on file from aug5th 2020..VO ottawa(obviously)

I think we should get updates few days apart. Let's hope it will be this year. LOL. I hope this month actually. I notice people who provided or got bio exempt at the end of Oct, beginning of Nov started getting COPRs.

Its good to see ppl from 2019 getting COPR's but lets see how long it will continue i completely lost hope on IRCC processing. As someone said it makes sense, its time for jan 2021 intake for colleges and univ's which is source of income for gvt might be focusing mostly on it with the less staff they have in Ottawa(unless PR processing officers doesnt have anything to do with temp visa processing)and on top anyways we crossed 6month timeline so cant count our files to show processing effeciency numbers inorder to approve them in rush. Also more time it takes more temp visa extensions from applicants(seen applicants extending BOWP) more money coming in. I would hate to say all this as we already knew from the past PR express entry is just for name sake but most of the files gets delayed(>6mnths) unless and until the file is straight forward. But seeing the way the ppl are working in immigration compared to other departments in the country is pretty obvious especially making excuses with COVID ...but good thing atleast ppl waiting from 2019 might get relaxation after a year long processing..

Agree. Another thing - IRCC does not like to keep files for more than 12 months, that makes their stats to go red. IRCC's departments and even Mr. Mendicino's bonus depends on stats (not only on stats, but also on stats). But I am happy for people from 2019 - I met one when I went to give biometrics - he said he applied Nov 2019, got BIL June 2020. Tell me how that is fair. We can bitch about what is fair and what is not fair as much as you want - that will not change anything, you will just ruin your day.
