No...I just got a job there. I've applied for my visa so I'm waiting for my visa approval letter.So you have worked for them before? An offer letter is not enough to apply for a work permit. You need a visa.

Make sure it's not a scam. Many job offers are scams. Have you paid them any money yet?
Processing times for work permits from Nigeria are currently over 250 days. So it's extremely extremely unlikely your work permit will be approved by February.
