Actully I have decided to start online classes because my college said if I get rejection before 30th April I will get my full fees back. I BELIEVE that will get visa before April.So do we need to defer or just wait so confused there was a ghost update 3 days ago still nothing

Which college you are in? Mine also said same. But yes only concern is processing delay after 30 April then they won't give refundActully I have decided to start online classes because my college said if I get rejection before 30th April I will get my full fees back.
