Will there be an all program draw today??

As per last year's pattern, No. We never know what IRCC is going to do, can only guess here. I am stuck at 468.

but if they start taking only CEC and PNP again , it would contradict their 2021 goals for taking more immigrants

IMO, the amount of inland applicants are more than the quota, which led to why the minister said the plan to execute 2021 plan is feasible by narrowing down to temporary residents only.

I would say 0%. Because if they were to come up with all program draw, then what was the point of a PNP program. It is going to be a CEC specific draw.

Yeah, i think so too, unfortunately.. i didnt get ita due to cutoff last time, this is frustrating...

Same here. The situation is more disturbing. I am afraid by looking at their last year's trend when no all program draw happened for months.

It took them 3 months and probably 20 days or so to get back to their normal routine. I too am unable to login. Maybe there might be a draw for CEC. Good luck to them for now.

I think by looking at the previous patterns, today it should be CEC draw.
