OPR Received but VAC closed

Hi guys, we did receive yesterday or Approval and OPR letter. But VAC office is closed in our country. Do you know if we can send our passports and letters to relatives in another country for them to deliver to VAC? Or can we send the documents using DHL?

As I already asked from my VAC, it depends on VAC whether accepts a passport from other countries or not. Check with the VAC you want to send your passport.

Use online chatting. It is very easy and they always answer. however, as I know, it depends on the VAC. Some of them are really busy.
