Yeah the last last call before my last was also rude, extremely but you just have to ignore them, you cant get into any trouble

@legalfalcon I have applied under CEC. I do have 2 years of experience in India.
I received an ITA on 20 August 2020 but my 1 year should be completed in September 2020. So in short, I got ITA 19 days before my 1-year completion.

But my AOR is on 6th October 2020.
I am very worried if there is any problem with eligibility.
What should I do now? I need expert advice.

Current status: Medical passed, Biometrics done.

This happens because the system only takes into account the month and the date for calculation, and not the days. Ideally you should wait until after your have completed the entire one year.

Some applicants have claimed that they have successfully received approvals even when they applied with a few days remaining like in your case and they explained in LoE, the discrepancy.

However, since the law is clear, you should wait to be on the safer side.

Hi Doz, well, eligibility wasn't started the last time I called so I believe next week it should have been started and passed. I will also order my notes next week, I'm pretty confident it will be passed.

This time they r telling me that eligibility is passed, and criminality and security haven’t started lol ...

Last time they were saying criminality is passed. So I specially asked the gal, is it for sure that eligibility is passed? She said yes. The information I got last time wasn’t correct. This time is correct.

and they haven’t received my webform regarding to the NOC rectification. Feeling soooo silly .. I shouldn’t even have thought about sending a webform in the first place ! God bless!
