Submission confirmation letter.

I applied for a study permit on December 20, 2020. After getting rejected on December 2, 2020. After applying I still didn't receive the submission confirmation letter on my GC key account. I only have confirmation of online transaction mail.
I have a new application number for my 2nd application and I also have an UCL number. What should i do?
Did ircc receive my new application?

see even i applied on 14th December you wont receive that confirmation email, you should have the online transaction update i called ircc and talked about it they said its OK if you didn't receive that letter many applications didn't received that so no need to worry about it.

How did you call ircc bro from india? Whats the process?

you can contact IRCC from any country but its really difficult to call them as they picks the call very late but its confirmed that you application is being process you will receive the bio metrics letter soon

I didn't get it as well. I read somewhere else who had contacted IRCC that it was a glitch & it is totally fine even if you don't have it. I assume you would have already received BIL the next day ? Do you have any progress on your file since, review started ?

I didn't get the submission confirmation letter instead received bil the other day and have booked my biometrics. Waiting for the date

I filed my application on 16 Jan and 20 thy biometrics completed and today I received a message from IRCC my application submission confirmation letter,
Wt exactly does it means? Did they receive my file now?

I have the same timeline, i submitted my file on 16th Jan and biometrics completed on 19th Jan and today i received msg from IRCC about submission confirmation letter.
