Quarantine Plan

I just wanted to know that if I can quarantine with my friend house (he is already in Canada).

That should not be a problem at Immigration , I guess.

My college has given me the option for private quarantine.

Please share sample quarantine lette, if anybody have one.

Is he residing in the same province as your institution?
