Are they ee or paper based? I am pretty sure i saw some posts that some of the paper based pnp applicants received the invitation to use the portal after they have copr, in that case they can upload photo to have the pr card ready and have a virtual landing something like that, it is brand new thing that ircc just implemented.

MP to DM takes maximum 5 months. but average 1.6 month.

2020 Jan, Feb AR got DM, so ircc may start to give DM to 2020 AR. New wave will come.
