I did receive request for RCMP finger prints so I guess it must be criminality. I did submitted back in Nov, but nothing changed in CIC website so far including changes in ADR. Ideally they should have reviewed the document and status should have changed. Mine must be still in criminality
Hi, when I gave mine, I got the message "your additional document had been received", then a few days after until now, it's "we are reviewing your additional document".

I called ircc on 31st December, they said criminality is in process.

Eligibility and security not started.

I believe we should get an update 1 or 1.5 months after uploading rcmp.

Hope it helps.

Yes i was thinking of going to nepal for biometric...but heard from somewhere that they are quarantining for 14 days once we reach at airport..
I heard the quarantine is not required for Nepalese and Indian nationals as per the bilateral agreement. When you call the AI office, they confirm the same that only PCR negative report is required, and there is no 14 days quarantine mandate. Please check more details on the Nepal Air website.

From what I observed on myimmitracker, there seems to be two teams of officers working side-by-side: one for cases above 6 months and another for under 6 months.
Take a look at my findings in the image below:

The screenshot you shared looks great from number of day to PPR perspective but if you check their country of residence and citizenship you will get the answer. As per my analysis FSW-O Nigerian/UK/Australis/UAE/Iran residents are getting PPR in 3-4 months whereas all other FSW-O residents specially US/Indian are getting in 9-12 months.

9/12 Months for India? Can anyone else confirm that? It's a bit concerning that a certain countries have preference over the others.

I think it could be because expatriates living in other countries already go through screening and background checks when they move to other countries.

Well... I think it depends on the VO processing your application. It looks like even the dreaded Accra VO has been processing applications quickly these days

I think its directly to do with biometrics. If your biometrics are completed, you have a good chance to get a PPR in time.
Just wondering how is your processing office New Delhi. I mean I thought applications gets processed in Canada. Does these applications get moved to the country of residence ? If yes then what is the way to find out if the application has been moved to local office ?

You can call IRCC to find out.

Yes, I also think that it depends on biometrics.
Biometric is open in US but still residents of US for FSW-O are not getting PPR. Most recent PPR is for Mar AOR. Likewise for some Indian residents who has given biometric abroad are still waiting for PPR from last 6 months. So nothing to do with biometric. The workforce for CIC is very less due to Covid situation and thus they have a huge backlog.

I have seen people from India, residing in India with August 2020 AOR who gave biometrics in Dubai recently have gotten their PPR already. Its just speculation and probably pure luck.
