Was about to but after seeing other applicants as well as IRCC it's better to defer.

Yes, there is but if I don't get any updates from IRCC before April 30th it will be a huge mess. I have seen applicants who have given their Application as well as biometrics on Aug - Sept still no updates for them. I have submitted my application on 27th Nov and Biometrics on 28th Nov, there is no chance that I will get my visa before April.

Yes mine. Nad I have defered the pgm as Ididn't had PPR and also my last date to submit PPR was 5th JAN
