Work Permit lost!

Hello guys! I have lost my Work Permit and need to get a new document for it. IRCC has sent me a form to apply for a new document. I ma confused which category do I fall into; Verification of Status or Replacement document? Also, do I need to get my government ids attested with a notary before sending out the application?

No you don’t need to attest the document You just need to send those important documents that are listed in the application.I have also same situation as you and I have already sent my application to them in ottawa

I just requested the immigration agent to please print a another copy for me from your office.So he put an request for the copy and I got it next week

hey, can you let me know who is an immigration agent and how to reach them? In my case, IRCC mailed to my old residence despite changing my address through a web form.

I'm in the same situation. Read the "Application for a Verification of Status (VOS) or Replacement of an Immigration Document" procedure and I was a bit concerned about the copy certification. Then I read this.

So I don't need to certify any copies? I'll be sending the documents from within Canada.
