Hi all,
I am currently living in Canada, and I applied for express entry on March. I just received the COPR letter, via the IRCC account message -- and not from the mail.
From the link below, is seems after receiving the COPR, it is required to go to either IRCC offices or POEs; which I personally would go to POE as IRCC offices are not in our town.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/application-approved.html
However, as it is mentioned in the link, in addition to the COPR, a 'permanent resident visa' should be received , as by my Iranian passport, I would need visa to return to Canada, if I cross the border.
I am wondering, if I should still wait for receiving some sort of VISA sticker and then go to the POE office, or just the hard copy of COPR letter is enough for the process. Of course, in the COPR letter, it is mentioned that, I should send two photos to them to get a PR card; that I am going to do, regardless.
After all, will I need a visa on my passport to enter to Canada, or merely having a PR card would suffice for that?
Thanks.
