Do I have to add all my work history?

Hi,

I have sufficient crs points to get ITA by showing just 1 year work experience(in Canada) in my profile - with 200 bonus points(noc0013)

In this case, is it better to enter all my previous 14 yrs work experience into the profile or not?

Some say 'not entering' will reduce documents from my end.

But because it's a senior manager role, it does not make sense without previous job experience. So I'm worrying about not entering my previous work experience into the profile.

Could you please give me some advice for it? Is it OK to enter my current 1 year work experience in Canada only?

Im no expert, but since you're claiming points for that particular NOC, then just mention that.
After ITA, while filling the application, you can mention your previous experience under the last 10 years personal history section.

if you're not claiming points for the rest of work experience then its better or else you have to produce the employment letter as per IRCC from all the organization you have worked for.
