Require help to apply PR through PNP

Hi, I will finish 1year experience in coming jan 15 2021.

my work permit end on 17th Jan 2021. My company applied for work permit and it is in implied status, approval might happen in March.

since my one year will be finished shall I start applying for PR under PNP from canada?

but my SIN and work permit both ends on 17 Jan 2021.

Is SIN and work permit required for applying to PR from Canada or do I need to wait until I receive extended work permit.

I am really confused please someone guide me
