Hello friends, I have just received my PNP nomination and going to submit PR application paper based.. my question is about the form Schedule a Background Declaration imm5669.. and family background form.. my question is who need to be filled this form.. is my spouse will need to fill this form separately
I m p applicant, I hv spouse and 1 department child.. please help me
You, your spouse and any dependent over 18 years of age must fill imm5669.

Anyone has any idea why May/June AR of 2020 got MR so early?
Should be a good sign. Medical request takes a long time normally.

what about the Progress Bar if anyone have not AOR.
It is just calculation. (Today - AR) / 19 months x 100. It can be calculated even before AOR.

How can someone confirm results has no problem?, Panel Physicians are not allowed to release results until they send to immigration officer.
The panel physician office is located in Toronto and has much experience. They may know that from feedback from IRCC. They asked me to wait 7 to 10 days.

I got mr today. It looks faster than I expected. I didn’t do upfront medical exams. BCPNP, 3 depends

AR - 2 Jun 2020

AOR - 18 Dec 2020

Biometrics request - 21 Dec 2020

Medical request- 30 Dec 2021
Can you please share your NOC and Nationality? Thanks

No i said 2 because sometimes these days they reply to webforms so it’s better to send same webform day after other in case they don’t reply to one they can see other one . If they answer the following

“ Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.

We are pleased to confirm reception of the document(s).

We have forwarded them to the responsible office for their consideration. “
Then no need to send other one .
I see. Thanks very much for replying.

Hi, exactly the same!!!!
Just I did the upfront on Dec 21.
Sent the e-medical sheet through a webform on Dec 22.
Received MR today Dec 30th.
Should I send another web from to them? or just wait for them to reach to my web from about e-medical?

Please share your full timeline.

Inland or out ?

I think outlander get prioritised. I got AOR in Set but no MR.
