Hi, I did upfront medical on Dec/28 and wait for the result. If everything is ok, I will send webform. By the way, I got Medical Request today, Dec/30. So, I called panal physician office and they said they couldn't do anything. So, Is it ok to ignore medical request and send eMedical of upfront through webform?

You should send webform and send the letter that doctor gave you through webform . Once they accept your webform reply ignore the medical request. Also webform reply take 2-3 weeks now . Make sure you send 2 webform.

Hi, I am a SINP paper based inland applicant.
I have a question... so please help me...
My nomination expire date is Jan 14th, 2021, and I have applied permanent residence application.
According to Canadapost tracking number, I could see they have received my application on July 22nd, 2020.
However, I have not received file number from IRCC, and no signature due to COVID...
In this case, do I need to extend provincial nomination??
I have sent an email to SINP, but they just replied me back with copy paste answer.... WTH...

Please help me experts.....

Once you have received a provincial nomination, you may require a Revision and/or Extension to your nomination for the following reasons:
• IRCC requests a revised and/or extended nomination certificate.
• You have a new job offer from the same or different employer.
• You and/or your accompanying family members have obtained new passports.
• Your nomination certificate has expired and you require additional time to submit your application for permanent residency.
• You have updated your Express Entry Profile Number and Job Seeker Validation Code.

A Nomination Certificate is valid for six months. An amendment to a Nomination Certificate includes a time extension and/or a revision. If you'd like to amend your Nomination Certificate:
  • You must submit a Request for Revision and/or Extension Form to the SINP. The request must come from you or your authorized representative.
  • We'll review your request to determine whether there's enough documentation and/or reason to revise and/or extend your Nomination Certificate.
  • We may consult with IRCC to determine what stage of assessment your application is in, and whether a change may be made at that time.
  • Any changes to the conditions of a nomination will be communicated to IRCC.
When submitting your request for an Extension and/or revision, we may need the following required documents, depending on your situation:
• Request for a Revision and/or Extension Form
• Copy of principal applicant passport (if a new passport has been obtained)
• Copy of any accompanying family member passports (if a new passport has been obtained)
• Copy of current work permit (if you are working in Saskatchewan)
• Copy of IRCC Letter (if IRCC requested the revision and/or extension)
• Copy of Job Offer Letter and Job Approval Letter (if your job has changed)
• Copy of updated Job Offer Letter or Reference Letter stating that your job is still valid (if you were nominated with a job offer over 2 years ago)
• Explanation letter that states the reason as to why you have not applied for Permanent Residency (If requesting an extension)
• Copy of IRCC correspondence that states why your original Permanent Residency application was not accepted.
• Copy of IRCC letter indicating why your original Express Entry and Job Seeker Validation Code has changed (if a new Express Entry profile and Job Seeker Validation Code has been obtained)
• Copy of IRCC Correspondence that states your current Express Entry and Job Seeker Validation Code (if a new Express Entry profile and Job Seeker Validation Code has been obtained)

It is their answer.
