Nope still says the same old status from last year!! Eligibility and background still in progress. Looks like they haven't got a chance yet to process the passports and approve it online. Just need to wait as it's the peak holiday time of the year!

My passport was delivered to Ottawa on December 14th since then I'm waiting. Haven't got any updates whatsoever yet!

It can take time in some cases, hang in there, I got passport after almost 2 months. Processing can get delayed due to various reasons.

Hi, my passport was delivered on 21 December. No update or anything application still shows submitted in the portal. I called IRCC agent yesterday and he said I should just be patient because of covid they are working with reduced staff plus there was Christmas holiday. so still waiting...

I just noticed that my credit card has been charged $184 in this merchant name(CITIZEN&IMM-EAPPS ENLIGNE) . It was charged after a week of our passports sent to Ottawa office. I am just wondering if it is genuine or fake? Please let me know, if any one of you have been Charged like this.

This is a charge by IRCC. Did you agree to pay for any postal service at VFS? Usually there is no charge for submitting a passport, unless you are paying for return expedited postal service and signed for it.

we already paid for the return label via Fedex.
