One June applications medical passed after a day his status rolled back.. sds India no more info

My application review of eligibility status changed from "we are reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirements" to "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility" soon after I sent them my reissued passport through web form. Looks like form submission pushed my application down the que

I applied on 9 August eligibility review started 29 September no aip sds complete file applied for September intake for cape Breton University deffred to Jan intake 2021 ..and my eligibility review rolled back.yesterday evening Indian time 23 December.. after that I called them the girl said she don't have any updates on his screen and told that my file is in Ottawa and she is in Edmonton ..she send me a webform link and told me that I can raise a webform ...but I know that never helps as they send auto reply every time.. that's my story..

Same happened with me. My status has been rolled back to "Review hasn't started yet" from "Review is in process".
