I am looking for details law about declaration and also consequences of owning real estate unite outside canada? A friend of mine was searching what are his obligation beside the obligations of filling the report T1135.

Your friend is responsible for filing T1135 and reporting relevant rental income (if applicable) every year, if he is a resident for tax purposes. That's all.
