Asking for someone. Is gift deed from Uncle accepted if both parent are deceased and how long must the gift deed stays in your account before it can be used to apply to IRCC for EE application?

Yes provided you meet the following criteria:

a. The transfer should be made voluntarily;
b. without consideration (no expectation of money, return, or other favours); and
c . an acceptance by the donee (acceptance can be by acknowledging in writing that the gift has been received or by the act of receiving it).

The gift deed will also overcome the 6 months average balance requirement as the funds will be shown as a gift. There is no time frame before it can be used. You can make a gift deed even a few days before submitting your application.
