I applied paper based PR though PNP on november 18.

Yes because you’re already completed 21 months. if you have a depenents outside Canada or if you didn’t provide pcc it takes bit longer. My friend co worker got pr last month only after 3 years.
Yes it is your luck.if it is in your favour u get it quick. Or waiting game will last longer.is there any out land got any update.let us know
