Now when it comes to claiming my work experience, i have 3 years of it but it’s not related to my profession it’s completely different, but it’s still on a noc list, just that the work experience is not related with profession in any way?

For express entry, as long as the NOC is skilled and at least one year continuous then it doesn’t need to match your education.
One more thing, will i need any kind of credentials certified by Canada in that matter, as i don’t have a formal education in the skilled job am currently working, i just learned it along the way and been doing it for last 2 years? Thanks

No certification is for the trades only. Certification may help you land a job.
Would it be odd for them, that someone who has bachelors in completely different field ended up working skilled trade for 2 years straight? Wouldn’t like to endanger my future application? BTW. I’ve found out about EE not that long ago.

For EE, all you need is skilled experience in NOC A,B or 0. If you are applying to PNPs then you may have an issue. What is your NOC and CRS score.
