Just wanted to confirm what masterbluff88. Has said about the certificate mailing and the status. He was right about that. Once ur status changes to complete that when the ircce mail ur certificate. I called today and reconfirm that with the officer. And also checked with mine. So I'm still waiting for it in the mail now. This might answer lots of peoples questions here about the waiting time for the certificate. Wish the best for everyone

@SeanTor Has your status changed to complete or still at DM? If it is complete, you might want to check with them to ensure they sent your certificate to the right address. 2.5 months is a long time

It's still DM. I called them several times and they are saying it's in queue for printing. Same message is relayed to me since two months.

Congrats! from your scenario one can deduce that the day your status went to complete from DM does not necessarily mean the day the certificate was mailed. And it also took about 2weeks for the certificate to be reach you using the postal stamp date. Do you have an idea where certificates are printed and sent from? That might also play a role in delivery time
