Hi,

As we have to upload Salary Slips in the post-ITA process, I am seeking clarity on the below -

1. How many month's salary slips do we have to upload ?
2. If it is 6months, then should it be last 6 months from the date of resignation or a mix of different months salary slips ?
3. For one of my past work ex, I have salary slips in mail, in a form format and as text, and not as a pdf attachment. How should I upload that ? Would screenshots work or what would be the best approach here ?

Immediate responses in this regard, will be highly appreciable.

Thanks,
Joe!

1. I had uploaded quaterly slips so 4 payslips for a year
2. You can upload one pay slip for a quarter or Bi-monthly.
3. If it is in a proper format, then get a print out of the same and you can scan the print out to get a PDF version of it.

Thanks @Chintan31.

For point #3: If I get the printout, since its added in my email, my mail id will be also printed. Will that work ?
If it’s the same email that you are using in the application I don’t see it as a problem. On the contrary it will support your explanation if you show to explain the situation in your Letter of Explanation (LOE)

@ayeetee, Got it buddy!
I am sure sharing it as a pdf that includes my personal email id won't be an issue once I provide details in LOE.

I am still perplexed about the number of salary slips and months? Not sure of the quarter slips as there may be a possibility we weren't working in one organization for period of one quarter or so.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated!

Best to you!

In my case, I provided the contract copies for 3 jobs and a couple of pay slips for only one job randomly.

Thanks @ayeetee.

Can you assist on another query -

For one of my past work ex, the account in which salary was credited has been closed. Do I need to specify any details about that account in the LOE or should I do anything about it ?

Suggestions are highly regarded!

Thanks,
Joe

Only accounts with money are the ones to provide balance and history (past 6 months) for. Was the account closed more than 6 months ago? If so I don’t think you need to mention it.
