Hi everyone
I am looking for advise. I have received job offer from very close relative. The job offer is genuine however I am confused on what should my employer write in job offer form in BC PNP portal - "Describe the recruitment activities (type, location and duration of advertisements, interviews, etc.) that led to this job offer, including how you first came to know about this applicant.
Shall we focus on skills or explain relationship and matching skills.

Any expert advise?

Thank you

You should be honest and mention that your employer is a close family member. If you don't mention this you could be putting yourself at risk of a misrepresentation ban.

If you are currently working for the position on work permit then don’t worry about recruitment activities.
If you are outland, then represent as you got job based on your skills, education and work experience. You applied online or if you currently in Canada, mentioned other sources such as you dropped off ur resume and you interviewed for job and got selected.
Don’t mention its your family business, otherwise they gonna directly tell you ur job offer is not bona fide.
These days pnp staff just finding one excuse to refuse the files.
Don’t worry about recruiting section, your employer can simply write it down one line.

Good luck! Go ahead with process.

Thank you so much for the response. Does my employer need to get position approved after recruitment is done or do we just fill out job offer form through BC PNP profile?
Thank you

There is no need to approved position from somewhere else. Just fill the job offer with required information.
